Anchor Underwear “Instagram National Underwear Day” Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Anchor Underwear “Instagram National Underwear Day” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Anchor Underwear and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. TIMING: The Giveaway begins at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Saturday, August 5, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, August 12, 2023 (the “Entry Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow these steps during the Entry Period:
- Follow @anchorunderwear on Instagram.
- Like the Giveaway post on the @anchorunderwear Instagram page.
- Tag a friend in the comments and comment #giveaway
- Share the Giveaway post on your Instagram Story.
4. ENTRY LIMIT: Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Entry Period.
5. PRIZE: Thee (3) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. Each winner will receive two (2) Anchor Underwear products. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is up to $84.00. No cash or substitution of prizes is allowed.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within seventy-two (72) hours of the end of the Entry Period. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. PUBLICITY: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and comments for promotional purposes without payment or additional consent.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Anchor Underwear reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in case of fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its control.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Anchor Underwear is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may arise during the Giveaway.
10. DATA COLLECTION: By participating, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. For more information, please refer to Anchor Underwear’s privacy policy.
